Shipping & delivery

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states, from our fulfilment centre in the United States. We're not able to ship to APO/FPO military addresses, freight forwarders, or destinations outside the US at the moment.

Rates

Rates are per order, not per item, and are shown before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00pm ET on a business day are normally picked the same or next business day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a US public holiday are picked the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of that email, contact support@leafiew.com and we'll chase the carrier.

Split shipments

Larger orders occasionally travel as more than one parcel, arriving a day or two apart. You're not charged extra when that happens.

Damaged or missing parcels

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund the affected items. Photos of the packaging help us make a carrier claim, so please keep them if you can. See returns & refunds for the full process.

Bulk and pallet orders

Ordering by the pallet, or need a delivery date? Use the quote form at checkout or email support@leafiew.com and we'll price the freight properly instead of charging the flat rate.
