1. Who you're buying from

leafiew.com is operated by MONTAGRO TRADING SRL, a company registered in Romania, fiscal identification code (CUI) 37176210, trading as Leafiew. Our registered address is Str. Zmeurei nr. 20, Agigea, Constanța County, Romania. You can reach us at support@leafiew.com.

We are a Romanian company, and orders placed here are shipped to US customers from fulfilment centres inside the United States.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the list prices for our products. Shipping is added at checkout, and sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. The price you're shown on the payment page is the price you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we've already accepted.

3. Your order

Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you a confirmation for that order. If we can't fulfil an order — because stock ran out between your order and our pick, or because a price or description was clearly wrong — we'll tell you and refund you in full. Nothing in these terms obliges us to sell at an obviously incorrect price.

We may limit or refuse orders that we can't ship to the address given.

4. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page and are never received or stored by us. Payment is taken when you complete checkout.

5. Delivery and risk

We ship to US addresses only. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Please give us an address where the parcel can be received. We can't be responsible for an order sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

6. Returns

Our returns & refunds policy forms part of these terms. It does not limit any statutory rights you have.

7. Product information

Our products are single-use disposable food packaging. Please use them as described: check each product page for microwave, freezer and hot-liquid suitability before use, as it varies by line. Product photography is illustrative, and pack colours may vary slightly between production runs.

8. Our liability

We're responsible for loss you suffer that we cause by breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We're not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Constanța, Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in this clause takes away the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the place where you live. Your rights under the consumer protection laws of your own US state continue to apply alongside these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
